Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The program

Ledger messaging is operated by MYNC Properties LLC. It sends members of the company text messages about the company's bookkeeping: reminders that bank transactions need review, questions about a specific transaction, and confirmations of entries the member approved. Members can reply in the same thread to answer and to confirm. Messages are sent by Ledger's automated bookkeeping system. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Who can enroll, and how

Only members of MYNC Properties LLC can enroll. A member enrolls by signing in to Ledger, opening account settings, entering a mobile number, and ticking an unchecked consent box. The steps and the exact consent wording are shown on the opt-in page. Consent to messaging is optional and is not required to use Ledger.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with account activity and your replies. You will typically receive a reminder only when transactions are waiting for review, plus replies within a conversation you start.

5. Cost

We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

6. Opting out

Reply STOP to Ledger's number at any time. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START or turn messaging back on in your account settings.

7. Help

Reply HELP for help, or email hello@myncproperties.com. A person at the company will answer.

8. Carriers

Messaging is supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. WhatsApp

Members can also reach Ledger on WhatsApp at the same number. The same purpose, opt-in and privacy commitments apply. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or turn messaging off in your account settings.

10. Privacy

We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.

11. Changes and contact

If these terms change we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
