Privacy Policy

Ledger is the private bookkeeping system of MYNC Properties LLC ("MYNC", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect from the people who use Ledger and from visitors to this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Ledger web app, this website, and the text messages and WhatsApp messages Ledger sends and receives.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address.
Mobile number: the number you enter in your Ledger account settings when you turn on messaging.
Consent record: who opted in, which number, the consent wording shown, and the date and time.
Messages: the content, date and time of messages you send to Ledger's number and messages Ledger sends to you, along with delivery status.
Decisions you make in Ledger: what you confirmed, when, and through which channel. This is recorded on the bookkeeping entry.
Technical logs: basic server logs such as IP address and time of request, kept for security.

The company's financial records held in Ledger are the business records of MYNC Properties LLC. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

To send you the messages you opted in to: reminders that transactions need review, questions about a transaction, and confirmations of entries you approved.
To understand your replies and record your decisions in the company's books.
To keep a record of who approved each entry.
To honor opt-out and help requests, keep the service secure, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.

3. Text messaging

Messaging is optional and is available only to members of MYNC Properties LLC who turn it on in their account settings. Message frequency varies with account activity and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Full details are in the messaging terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Ledger, and only so they can perform that work for us: message delivery, hosting, and automated language processing of message text. They may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not share, sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging providers and carriers that must receive them to deliver our messages.

5. Retention

Messages and consent records are kept for as long as the related bookkeeping records are kept, because they show who approved an entry. If you opt out, we keep your consent and opt-out record so we can show that we honored it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

6. Security

Access to Ledger is limited to named members of the company. Data is encrypted in transit. Messages from Ledger never include bank account numbers, passwords or access codes, and Ledger will never ask you for them by message.

7. Your choices

Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by turning messaging off in your account settings.
Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We may need to keep records that the law or our bookkeeping obligations require.

8. Children

Ledger is used only by adult members of the company and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
